Join Powers Outdoors Adventures this weekend at the Muskegon In-Water Boat show over on Lake Michigan. We have a booth right next to the paddle tank that will highlight some basic kayak instruction. Your guides Jake Slominski and Gabriel Cash will be teaching beginner paddle strokes, self-rescue, and more. We have sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 2008 GET OUT MORE TOUR!
The Tour sponsored by Backpacker Magazine and Woolrich will swing into Powers Outdoors in Newaygo on Sunday, May 4th from 1-2pm. Adventures Camping Tip:
If you are heading out for an overnight journey, ditch your travel pillow and pack an extra down coat instead. Your down or primaloft coat can double as a pillow and come in handy when that unexpected cold front comes through at 3am. This will help you shed weight in your pack and gain some versatility!
